WELMEC Working Group 6
WELMEC Working Group 6 helps to achieve harmonization the legislation that deals with e-marking of prepackages. It also supports OIML and the European Commission.

The working group meets two times per year, usually in May and November in different countries in Europe.

The meetings include discussions on drafts of publications, technical issues and views on documents from OIML and the EU.

Between 20 and 25 experts from 15 countries in Europe participate in the meetings. Sometimes the meeting is attended by representatives from countries or organisations outside Europe or manufacturers.
